2. The participation of my child nominated above is at my (the parent / guardian) and their own risk and without liability attached to Turtle Beach Resort or Club Turtle in the case of injury to the child or damage to any property belonging to them which is within the club.

3. I irrevocably release Turtle Beach Resort and Club Turtle from the liability of personal injury, death or claims for acts of negligence during participation in child minding care in the Club Turtle Centre.

4. I agree to indemnify Turtle Beach Resort and Club Turtle for any damages to property belonging such as furniture, fixtures and fittings or other belongings damaged by the child in care in the centre.

5. I am aware of my role and responsibilities of declaring my child's allergies/ medical conditions, disabilities and special requirements and have advised on this form.

6. I will remain on the grounds of Turtle Beach Resort and will be either in my room and/or mobile telephone contactable at all times whilst my child/ children are in the Club Turtle Centre.

7. All sessions are three hours in duration, with paid sessions at a cost of $25.00* per child which will automatically be charged to the guest account.

8. Each session has a maximum capacity of 18 children - a waitlist is held pending any cancellations. All sessions are subject to seasonal session changes and demand and may be cancelled at the discretion of the Club Manager if numbers do not warrant operation. In the event of session cancellation, a transfer to an alternate session will be arranged.

9. All children must adhere to our group friendly policy outlined in the Club Turtle Reception area.

10. If a child does not settle within the first 30 minutes of a session commencement, the parent/ guardian will be contacted for collection and no charge will apply.

11. Fresh cut fruit and water/ cordial will be available for morning tea during session 1 with a meal time set aside at 5.45 pm during session 2 for those children who pre-order from our special dinner menu. The cost of dinner will be automatically charged to the guests account. No other food will be permitted except for medical reasons. No nuts are permitted at any time.

12. In the event of cancellation, 24 hours notice must be given by telephoning Club Turtle directly on extension 695, via reception or email clubturtle@turtlebeach.com.au. The session cost will be forfeited by the guest if the child fails to attend the session or 24 hours notice of cancellation is not given. Late attendance will not be discounted and the $25.00* charge for three hours will apply.

13. At the conclusion of the session each child should be promptly collected. A late fee of one dollar per minute , per child will apply for a late pickup. If the child has not been collected after a 30 minute period, a qualified carer will be contacted and the child will be looked after by this person until pickup has been arranged. All costs incurred for this service are the responsibility of the parent/ guardian and will be automatically applied to the room account.

14. For guests booking accommodation packages including Club Turtle session, vouchers will be issued. Each voucher will represent one session for one child. Vouchers have no monetary value and form a part of the package deal. As such there is no refund available for the non-use of a voucher that is sold as part of a package. Purchase of packages that include Club Turtle session vouchers, is at the guests discretion and they should ensure that the Clubs' age range for their child, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Club suit their individual needs.
