Cancellation Policy Should you need to cancel your booking between now and the seasonal cancellation deadlines listed below; your deposit will be refunded by cheque less a $25.00 administration fee and an additional 3.3% of the cost of the accommodation (if paid by credit card). High Season (23/12/11 - 14/01/12, 21/09/12 - 06/10/12, 26/12/12 - 12/01/13 ). For amendments & cancellations received within 30 days of travel a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Mid Season (15/01/12 - 28/01/12, 01/04/12 - 14/04/12, 29/06/12 - 14/07/12, 13/01/13 - 26/01/13, 28/03/13 - 07/04/13 ). For amendments & cancellations received within 14 days of travel a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Low Season (all other dates). For amendments & cancellations received within 7 days of travel a 100% cancellation fee will apply. |
