Club Turtle - Terms & Conditions
Club Turtle is located at Unit 2 next door to the Rainforest Cafe and is open daily (9.00 am - 12.00 pm and 5.00 pm - 8.00 pm except Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays 5.00 pm - 8.00 pm only). Sessions are subject to minimum numbers and seasonal session changes.
All sessions are three hours in duration, with paid sessions at a cost of $25.00* per child which will automatically be charged to the guest account.
Each session has a maximum capacity of 12 children – a wait list is held pending any cancellations.
All children must adhere to our group friendly policy outlined in the Club Turtle Reception area.
If a child does not settle within the first 30 minutes of a session commencement, the parent/guardian will be contacted for collection and no charge will apply.
Fresh cut fruit and water/cordial will be available for morning tea during session 1 with a meal time set aside at 5.45 pm during session 2 for those children who pre-order from our special dinner menu. The cost of dinner will be automatically charged to the guests account. No other food will be permitted except for medical reasons. No nuts are permitted at any time.

The full session cost will be forfeited by the guest if the child fails to attend the session or 24 hour notice of cancellation is not given.
Late attendance will not be discounted and the $25.00* charge for three hours will apply.
At the conclusion of the session each child should be promptly collected. A late fee of one dollar per minute per child will apply for a late pickup. If the child has not been collected after a 30 minute period, a qualified carer will be contacted, and the child will be looked after by this person until pickup has been arranged. All costs incurred for this service are the responsibility of the parent/guardian and will be automatically applied to the room account. All sessions are subject to availability and demand and may be cancelled, at the discretion of the Club Manager, if numbers do not warrant operation. In the event of session cancellation, a transfer to an alternate session will be arranged.
For guests booking accommodation packages including Club Turtle Session, vouchers will be issued. Each voucher will represent one session for one child. Vouchers have no monetary value and form a part of the package deal. As such there is no refund available for the non-use of a voucher that is sold as part of a package.
Purchase of packages that include Club Turtle session vouchers, is at the guest's discretion and each guest should ensure that the Clubs’ age range for their child, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Club, suit their individual needs.
