Flexible: The following cancellation policy applies for all bookings made on the Flexible rate. Amendments and cancellations received within 9 days of arrival will not be accepted and will result in a 100% cancellation fee being applied. For cancellations outside this time frame, your deposit will be refunded by either cheque or credit card, less a $65.00 cancellation fee. Should you wish to amend your travel dates, or the package you have currently booked, a $65.00 amendment fee may apply. New travel dates will be priced according to the rates and availability at the time of change.
Fully Flexible: The following cancellation policy applies for all bookings made on the Fully Flexible rate. Amendments and cancellations received within 6 days of arrival will not be accepted and will result in a 100% cancellation fee being applied. For cancellations outside this time frame, any payment received will be refunded by either cheque or credit card.
Advance Purchase: The following cancellation policy applies for all bookings made on the Advance Purchase rate. Amendments and cancellations are not accepted on this rate regardless of reason.
We strongly suggest Travel Insurance for your holiday for all of those unexpected events leading to last minute cancellation.
